Sichuan Dry-Fried String Beans 乾煸四季豆

String beans are so healthy and our favourite way to prepare them is definitely the popular Sichuan dish called Dry-Fried String Beans🥗. We are sharing with you a simpler and healthier version without the oily deep drying process!⁠

乾煸四季豆雖然好食但要經油炸就唔係咁健康, 所以我地同大家分享一個簡易版嘅免炸乾煸四季豆🥗, 記得試下整!⁠


  1. 500g Fresh Green Beans (string beans)⁠

  2. 100g Minced Pork⁠

  3. 3 cloves Garlic,minced⁠

  4. 1 small piece Ginger, minced⁠

  5. 2 tablespoon Hot Dancing Shrimp⁠

  6. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce ⁠


  1. 四季豆 500g⁠

  2. 碎豬肉 100g⁠

  3. 蒜頭 3瓣⁠

  4. 薑 1小塊⁠

  5. 辣到生蝦咁跳醬 2湯匙⁠

  6. 豉油 1湯匙⁠


  1. Prepare the green beans by trimming off both ends. Cut beans into 2- to 3-inch lengths.⁠

  2. Heat up about 2 tablespoons of oil in wok and slowly fry the green beans over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or when the skin turns wrinkly.⁠

  3. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry garlic and ginger for 1 minutes or until fragrant. Add minced pork and Hot Dancing Shrimp. Fry until pork is fully cooked.⁠

  4. Add the green beans to the minced pork and turn the heat to high. Quickly stir for 1-2 min and it is ready to serve!⁠


  1. 四季豆去除頭尾切成小段, 蒜頭、薑切末.⁠

  2. 熱鑊, 加入2湯匙油,用中小火煸四季豆5分鐘, 起鍋備用.⁠

  3. 加1湯匙油落鑊,爆香薑、蒜,再加入肉碎,豉油及辣到生蝦咁跳醬, 炒到豬肉熟透為止.⁠

  4. 加埋四季豆一齊大火炒1-2分鐘就食得!⁠
