String beans are so healthy and our favourite way to prepare them is definitely the popular Sichuan dish called Dry-Fried String Beans🥗. We are sharing with you a simpler and healthier version without the oily deep drying process!
乾煸四季豆雖然好食但要經油炸就唔係咁健康, 所以我地同大家分享一個簡易版嘅免炸乾煸四季豆🥗, 記得試下整!
Ingredients
500g Fresh Green Beans (string beans)
100g Minced Pork
3 cloves Garlic,minced
1 small piece Ginger, minced
2 tablespoon Hot Dancing Shrimp
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
材料
四季豆 500g
碎豬肉 100g
蒜頭 3瓣
薑 1小塊
辣到生蝦咁跳醬 2湯匙
豉油 1湯匙
Method
Prepare the green beans by trimming off both ends. Cut beans into 2- to 3-inch lengths.
Heat up about 2 tablespoons of oil in wok and slowly fry the green beans over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or when the skin turns wrinkly.
Heat up 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry garlic and ginger for 1 minutes or until fragrant. Add minced pork and Hot Dancing Shrimp. Fry until pork is fully cooked.
Add the green beans to the minced pork and turn the heat to high. Quickly stir for 1-2 min and it is ready to serve!
做法
四季豆去除頭尾切成小段, 蒜頭、薑切末.
熱鑊, 加入2湯匙油,用中小火煸四季豆5分鐘, 起鍋備用.
加1湯匙油落鑊,爆香薑、蒜,再加入肉碎,豉油及辣到生蝦咁跳醬, 炒到豬肉熟透為止.
加埋四季豆一齊大火炒1-2分鐘就食得!
